I'm not quite ready to go to my new home.

Gracie

I'm in the Recovery Room - I'll Be Available Soon

Gracie is a sweet and loving girl who is looking for her next chapter after her previous owner passed away. She’s accustomed to having someone around all the time and enjoys being the center of attention. While she’s learning the ropes when it comes to rules and boundaries, she’s a quick study and eager to please.

Gracie is naturally curious, friendly, and affectionate, though she appreciates a little time to warm up to new people. She’s working on feeling more comfortable in certain situations, as she can display mild resource guarding when she’s approached too quickly while relaxing. While this has led to a couple of snaps, it’s very manageable with clear guidance and understanding. For this reason, she’s best suited for a home without children, but she thrives with someone who is patient and willing to give her the structure she needs.

Once she bonds with you—and she bonds quickly—Gracie is a devoted companion who adores being by your side. She’d be a wonderful match for someone who spends a lot of time at home or enjoys having a canine co-pilot for adventures (as long as strangers respect her personal space). Overall, Gracie is a joy to be around, and her loving nature is sure to win your heart!

Gracie is UTD on vaccines, microchipped, and spayed.
